24 young musicians and actors with a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds came together in Kosice in 2017, for the second project of The European Caravan.
Together with their coaches they made a performance about ‘Tolerance’ versus ‘Intolerance’. All of the writing was the work of the actors themselves. The music was a repertoire of mainly Central European music thought by the Slovakians.
The performance was played at Lunik IX, a Roma ghetto in the banlieue of Kosice, were around 5000 Roma live in difficult circumstances.
